Amsterdam

Susie:
We had a great time and were so glad that we opted for the large room.  The ship is new and everything looked so nice. Very clean too.

The weather was so cold and windy we almost froze on our walking tours.  Everybody on the ship caught a cold including Nelson and I. Because of the cold weather there were no tulips. They were only about three inches out of the ground.

I will say that the tours were nothing compaired to yours.  They really amounted to drive by tourism.  I love your trips, but you have been going to such far flung exotic places lately.  I guess I understand that because you have a lot of repeat clientel you need to keep finding new things to interest them.

We are unpaking today an recovering from the return trip.

Hope to see you soon, Jean

Back safe from a great cruise!!  The girls really enjoyed the excursions and all the canal information.  Thank you for the $50 drink card--not one dollar or drop went to waste!!  John and the Girls

Normandy, France
All went well.  La Prieure was great.  Lots of rain, but it never really bothered our activities.  Normandy was all I had hoped for and the two guides were great. The Ahi portion was very satisfactory and delightful, but the highlights were our days together.  Chateau A'Drieu was centrally located and convenient to the Normandy portion....  You and Dee were very helpful, but I would always reommmend renting a GPS when renting a car...invaluable and makes life so much easier.  Mike

Susie:  We had a wonderful trip and were fascinated with Istanbul.  The guides and the itinerary you set up for us was the best.  Thank you very much for planning a terrific trip, especially at the last moment....  The cooking class was great and just one more way to learn about the culture.  They are very very frugal and do not waste any food and only cook with bottled water.  There was a group of six of us which made it more fun.  --Tina
